Refund Policy

14-day no-questions refund. If you are not happy with SafeShred for any reason, ask for a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will get your money back in full.

How to ask

Reply to your Paddle receipt email, use the link in it, or contact Paddle at paddle.net. You can also email us at support@azulcraft.app and we will arrange it. Paddle, our Merchant of Record, processes refunds to the original payment method.

After 14 days

If SafeShred stops working because of reddit changes and we cannot reasonably fix it, we will stop selling it and refund purchases made in the preceding 30 days, even if you did not ask. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by this policy.

What happens to the key

When a purchase is refunded, its license key is deactivated and the extension returns to the free version. Backups you saved stay on your computer.
